By accessing and using LottieTools.app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our tools.

2. Service Description

LottieTools.app provides free, browser-based tools for editing, converting, and optimizing Lottie animation files. All processing happens client-side in your browser.

3. Use License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools for:

  • Personal projects
  • Commercial projects
  • Educational purposes

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute our tools as your own
  • Remove attribution or branding
  • Use our tools for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our infrastructure

4. No Warranties

LottieTools.app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of output files
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that our tools will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LottieTools.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Damage to your device
  • Third-party claims

6. User Content

You retain all rights to files you process using our tools. Since all processing happens in your browser, we never access, store, or claim ownership of your files.

7. Third-Party Content

Our tools may rely on third-party libraries and services (e.g., lottie-web, Bodymovin). We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of these third-party components.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
